The Women's Engineering Society
The Women's Engineering Society is a charity and a professional network of women engineers. Our mission is to support women in engineering to fulfil their potential, and support the engineering industry to be inclusive.
We inspire women to achieve their potential as engineers, scientists, and technical leaders. To make this happen, we support educators, managers, and employers to create an inclusive industry. Together, we encourage more gender diversity in engineering to solve the biggest societal issues of our time.
